Scheduling Policies

To respect everyone’s time:

  • 24-hour advance notice required for cancellations or changes
  • $50 late cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice
  • No-show policy: full session charge applies without advance notice
  • Every effort made to reschedule cancelled appointments within the same week
